A Home Inspection is not a Code Inspection
Very often I inspect houses that have been built many years ago and modern building codes didn’t apply to them.
The buyer can’t expect that these houses meet every modern building code and standard, and I will point this out in my report.
During a Home Inspection I inspect safety and quality issues. These are the two points that apply to every building, regardless of age.
Also, a Home Inspection is not a Commercial Inspection.

I look very closely and I will inform you immediately in case I should find any evidence that would point to problems and justify or require such service, to confirm a possible problem.
In such a rare case I will call you right away and you can make a decision if you want to order the service and I also let you know how much it would cost.

Log Homes
I love Log Homes and was building and designing Log Homes for many years. I received my training in the US, Canada, Germany, Russia and Finland.
I have substantial knowledge about Log Homes. Inspecting a Log Home is way more challenging than inspecting a regular home and takes a lot more time.
I would love to inspect your object and I will give you a project specialized price for the inspection. Of course I would need some basic information and if available one or two pictures.
You should never buy a home without an inspection, but it’s certainly a big No No to buy a Log Home without having it inspected.
