For $299 we spend the whole day and look at different objects for or with you.
NOTE: This is not a home inspection, this is a quick evaluation and overview. We look at the roof, walls, windows, crawlspace, attic, floors, chimneys, the interior and neighborhood; or your needs and focus.
 
This helps you to sort out the lemons, the meth labs and the mold caves. We rate each on a scale from 1 to 6, but we can’t tell you which one you should buy or how much you should pay.
This question is for your Realtor, and now it’s time to order a complete home inspection.
 
At how many houses can we look in one day? It depends on the distance between the objects, their size and the time we might waste to wait for access; but on average it should be more than four.
